Acceptance
By using augervault.com (the "Site") — browsing, requesting a quote or submitting a reservation — you agree to these Terms. Together with our Privacy Policy and Rental Terms, they are the agreement between you and AugerVault LLC about your use of the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for a business to submit reservations or applications.
Reservations & prices
Reservations made on the Site are requests. A rental is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit or payment is processed. Prices shown are in US dollars, exclude Florida sales tax and optional damage waiver, and are subject to availability. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will tell you before processing an affected reservation.
Launch fleet & availability
Fleet counts shown on the Site describe our launch fleet and may not reflect real-time availability. If a tool isn't available for your dates, we'll contact you with alternatives or cancel the request at no charge.
Cancellations
- More than 48 hours before start: full refund of any prepayment
- 24–48 hours before start: 50% of the first day's rate retained
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: one daily rate retained
Acceptable use
Don't scrape or automate access to the Site, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
Site content — text, images, logos, layout and code — belongs to AugerVault LLC or its licensors. The AugerVault name and shield mark are trademarks of AugerVault LLC.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Representations about rented tooling are governed by the Rental Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AugerVault's total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
