These Terms govern your use of augervault.com and our online booking system. For terms that govern your actual rental of tooling, see the Rental Terms & Policies.
By accessing augervault.com ("the Site") or using any of its features — including browsing inventory, submitting a quote request, or placing a rental booking — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Rental Terms & Policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and AugerVault LLC regarding your use of the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to transact on behalf of a business to use the booking features. By submitting a booking, you represent that you have such authority.
When you submit a booking or quote request, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account. If you believe your account has been used without authorization, contact us immediately at rent@augervault.com.
Prices displayed on the Site are indicative and subject to availability. A rental is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation and (where required) payment or deposit is processed.
Stock counts shown on the Site update periodically and may not reflect real-time availability. If a tool shown as available becomes unavailable after you book, we'll contact you promptly with alternatives or a full refund of any paid amounts.
Displayed prices are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable Florida sales tax, delivery fees, and optional damage waivers. The booking summary presents the full itemization before you confirm. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and will notify you before processing any affected booking.

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, layout, and code — is owned by AugerVault LLC or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the Site for non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires written permission.
The AugerVault name and shield mark are trademarks of AugerVault LLC. Other names and marks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed is current in real time.
This disclaimer applies only to use of the Site itself. Warranties or representations about rented tooling are governed by the Rental Terms & Policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AugerVault's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, project delays, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AugerVault LLC and its employees from any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
